At Lead Building Supply, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be canceled, returned, or refunded. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team at orders@leadbuildingsupply.ca or calling +1-800-123-4567.

If your order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return (see Section 2 below).

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 7–14 days (set according to your preference; e.g., 14 days) of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or special-order items.
-
Clearance or final-sale products.

Items that have been installed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Exchange Option:

Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (customer pays any price difference).

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

If applicable, a restocking fee (e.g., 10–15%) may be deducted from the refund for returned items.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leadbuildingsupply.ca.

Provide photos of the issue along with your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

Defective or incorrect products shipped.

Orders canceled before shipping.

Large or oversized items may require special freight arrangements.
