1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • If an order includes non-stock or special-order items, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

  • All business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Zones & Regions

  • Domestic (within Canada): We ship to all provinces and territories.

  • International: Currently, we do not ship internationally (or: “contact us for a quote if needed”).

  • Local Delivery

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $X CAD (e.g., $500)—free standard shipping applies only within Canada.

7. Delivery Instructions & Receipt

  • Unattended Delivery Consent: If you won’t be present at delivery, please ensure your address is safe and accessible. By proceeding, you authorize us to leave the item at the delivery location without signature.

  • Delivery Issues: If damaged upon arrival, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours for assistance with replacement or refund.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event of lost or damaged items:

    • Report within 7 days to trigger insurance claims.

    • We’ll either replace the item or refund your purchase, depending on availability and customer preference.

    • Return shipping may be arranged at our expense, where item condition permits.
